Dog park or daycare: neither suits every dog
Choose according to the dog's behavior, not guilt about leaving the dog alone or a belief that every dog must socialize. Some prefer a quiet walk by far.

AVMA recommends learning to read body language to prevent conflict. That skill is essential at a dog park, where there is no admission screening and the group changes by the minute. A dog that fit yesterday may meet very different sizes, play styles, and guardians today.
