After dog boarding: watch recovery rather than sleep alone
Watch appetite, water, stool, breathing, skin, and behavior for the next 24 to 48 hours. Ask the facility what happened before inventing the missing parts of the story.

Some dogs sleep more after daycare or boarding. Their environment, activity, and routine changed. The useful question is whether they return to their usual behavior. Over the next day or two, watch eating, drinking, sleep, and movement.
