Pets in Mexico: a care routine a family can actually maintain
Affection does not need a calendar. Vaccines, meals, walks, and medication do. One shared page keeps the routine from living in only one person's memory.

INEGI's wellbeing survey put numbers behind a familiar scene: a great many Mexican families live with dogs or cats. The statistic does not improve care on its own. It becomes useful when a household decides who feeds, who walks, when a vaccine is due, and what happens if the animal becomes ill.
